Creo questo topic per seguire i vari rumors da offseason.

Free agent Ronnie Brown is looking for a team that will allow him to be involved in the passing game next season.
Brown has expressed an interest in re-signing with the Dolphins, but he's come to grips with the unlikelihood of that scenario. He was once among the elite pass-catching backs in the NFL, but he's no longer a homerun threat after the catch at age 29. Contending teams with pass-heavy offenses, such as the Pats, Colts, and Saints, could be interested in Brown.

All 10 members of the NFL owners' labor committee and New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees attended Wednesday's mediation session between the league and the players' union, with fewer than 40 hours left until the collective bargaining agreement expires.

a me ronnie brown non è mai piaciuto (oltretutto costa pure parecchio in termini di salary cap), certo però che adesso come adesso se se ne va in un colpo solo ci troviamo senza rb e senza qb.

Io spero proprio che non venga da noi, è stato un grande RB ma oramai temo sia da rottamare.

I Saints hanno rifirmato Thomas quindi non credo vadano su Brown.
Miami pare scontato prenda Ingram al Draft.

Quindi lo incontreremo due volte.

Non è un rumour ma un dato di fatto, che Dallas anche in quest'anno di rifondazione della squadra è immobile sul mercato.

Dallas ha disperatamente bisogno di due safety e sia Sanders che Atogwe hanno trovato già una nuova casa e il draft è poverissimo nella posizione.

Rimane Huff e qualcun altro, o magari il nostro GM avrà un altra vocazione di convertire il quinto CB in safety titolare.

Sembra che Bush e Loomis stiano trattando il prolungamento e la ristrutturazione del contratto...

Inoltre ci sono voci di un possibile ritorno di Ricky Williams (free agent) a New Orleans.

Orton ha fatto sembrare Lloyd un Wr e ha fatto credere che denver avesse un attacco pur privo di corse...poi dopo la cura favre possono solo migliorare...tranne che a Denver ho come l' idea che nessuno si fidi di veramente di tebow.

As long as I can remember, during NFL kickoffs, the kicking team has kicked the ball from the 30-yard line and, if there was a touchback, the receiving team started from the opposite 20-yard line. That may change if the NFL competition committee gets it's way.

According to Atlanta Falcons president Rick McKay, who is also chairman of the competition committee, the NFL may be placing the ball at the 35-yard line and allowing touchbacks to come out to the 25-yard line in 2011 and beyond.



In other words, it will be easier for the kicker to boot the ball into the end zone, and there will be greater incentive for the return man to stay in the end zone instead of running it out.

The committee also wants to eliminate all wedges formed by return teams, including the two-man wedge. In fact, the only thing that won't change about kickoffs is what happens if a ball is kicked out of bounds; the ball will still get placed at the 40-yard line.

The reasoning behind the proposed kickoff rule changes is the high injury rate of players during kickoffs.

"The injury rate on kickoffs remains a concern for us," McKay said.

All changes proposed by the competition committee, including the changes to kickoffs, will be voted on by NFL owners at next week's annual meeting.
